the Brown Rabbit Walkabout

he Brown Rabbit Walkabout

The East Coast Trail runs along the east coast of the Avalon Peninsula in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Hiking trails start at Fort Amherst in St. John's and end in Fermeuse.

With the help of hiking maps you can begin and end your hike wherever you feel most comfortable, doing only small parts or the entire trail from beginning to end.

We offer a wonderful 9 day walkabout package for hiking the East Coast Trail. Our package includes pick up and drop off at St. John's Airport, accommodations, daily transportation to and from trail heads, 3 meals a day ( full breakfast, packed lunch, and full supper). All our meals are home cooked and we will take care of any special dietary needs, just let us know before hand.

We cater to hikers travelling alone, or groups up to 20 persons. Having hiked much of the trail ourselves, we are quite acquainted with the different sections and can give you advice on many details of the trail. We also sell packages of East Coast Trail Maps.
